    Stayed at this location last night arriving late at 9:30pm! Room was clean and bed was firm and comfortable!!! 5 star right? Heck NO! Upon arrival asked if it was my first time at aloft and the chatty guy upfront gave me a room downstairs by the load people at the bar having outbursts till 1:00am! The drainage in the sink was shut!! The remote control was not working! There is no single USB charger any where in this room!! I was dead tired arriving and frankly didn’t have the energy to make any changes! Staying st Hilton garden inn next door next time in town!!

    Great Starwood hotel out near Dulles. Young and chic stay here. Great vibe in the common areas, cool and large pantry area with lots of options and a lot of them healthy. The rooms are very modern. The only drawback is the big toll for a mile of highway...

    Decent hotel. Cool common areas and vibe. The room didn't have a remote, but they delivered one quickly. The sliding door for the toilet was fastened by velcro, which looked bad and didn't work to keep the door closed. I had to call several times to get a incorrect refunded, was quite disappointed by that. Would probably stay somewhere else if we were in the area again.

    I was supposed to be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn but they overbooked and placed me next door instead. I went over to the front desk to check-in and explain I was the person Hilton called about and David was extremely helpful. He was more apologetic about the situation than the front desk at Hilton. He made sure prices were the same and gave me a great room on the 5th floor. I know next time I'm in the area to just book here instead from the start.

    Too bad the front desk lady was too lazy to check us in... we were just there trying to get a safe place to spent the night & not drive 1.5 hours to home & the lady at the front desk decided her time doing NOTHING was more important than 2 parents getting home safe ....... OBVIOUSLY not EVER recommending OR coming back. Would give 0 stars but I can’t
